Team Faith Youth Sports started in the fall of 2003 with the formation of Team Faith Fastpitch. Since then that single team has grown into multiple girl’s softball teams ranging in age divisions from 10U to 18U. The younger teams play league games with VGSA and travel to numerous tournaments in the northwest. In 2008, a boy’s baseball division was started and consists of a couple of teams. The boys play in the Clark County JBO league and travel to various tournaments during the season. A club volleyball program was also added in 2008 and affiliated with CEVA for league and tournament play. Team Faith Youth Sports is a charter organization of Team Faith Racing Ministries.
Mission Statement
To minister with the love of God to children through athletic sports in a positive, faith based approach that encourages, challenges and motivates them to succeed. Our goal is to lead them to know Jesus Christ while teaching them life skills such as goal setting, believing in themselves, working hard as an individual, and learning to work in a team environment. It is our desire to instill in our youth values that will help them make good choices in their lives. We believe that children need to be involved in positive activities that keep them occupied both physically and mentally to keep them out of trouble and from making poor choices.
